  • Arrive at the ticket booth on The Grand Quay at least 30 minutes before the selected departure time to exchange your voucher for a boarding pass
  • Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. Boats depart on time, so please plan accordingly
  • Show your boarding pass to the staff aboard the cruise
  • Departures at 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM

  • Parking is limited and traffic is heavy during peak months, please arrive well in advance or use public transport
  • Cruises operate rain or shine, barring safety risks
  • Temperatures are cooler on the water; dress accordingly
