How to use the ticket:

  • You must redeem your voucher code to receive your actual Helsinki Card
  • Redeem the voucher online here
  • Once the online redemption is completed, your Helsinki Card will be delivered to you by email as a PDF
  • The Helsinki Card must be printed. A printed card is required when using public transportation in Helsinki

Note that this voucher is not the Helsinki Card. You need to exchange your voucher for the actual Helsinki Card. Once redeemed, the Helsinki Card cannot be canceled or refunded.
