On-site usage

The I amsterdam City Card comes in digital form and works on smartphones through our app. To use the City Card you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add your card to it. Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone well to ensure you have access to it all day! Through the app, you can transfer cards to your family members or friends and navigate the city through a map highlighting the best locations. Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred (back) again
