Before you buy

  • Luggage is not allowed aboard
  • Strollers are allowed, but will be folded and stored in the salon for the duration of the cruise
  • Kids must be removed from strollers prior to boarding

On-site usage

  • On Michigan & Wacker Drive, at the northeast corner of the intersection by the black awning.
  • When you arrive, please take the stairs down to Chicago’s Riverwalk and visit the box office (right after/bottom of the stairs) for guidance to your cruise boarding dock. A departure board is available for your reference
  • Present your smartphone ticket at the dock
  • Please arrive 30 minutes before the departure time
  • Boats may leave 5 to 8 minutes early due to high traffic in the Chicago Harbor Locks
  • Please research directions to the dock in advanced as Google Maps and GPS tend to lose signal
