On-site usage

  • The meeting point is on the first jetty next to the small ticket booth marked ‘STROMMA’ at Prins Hendrikkade 35a. When you exit the main entrance of the central station, please walk straight ahead onto the bridge (with the tram tracks in the middle) and at the end of the bridge, turn right/west and walk down the stairs to the jetty by the water.
  • Your city guide will be waiting for you at the first jetty and will be wearing a red name tag around their neck.
  • Please wait by the water.
  • You can recognise the guide through the red name tag they are wearing
  • Show your smartphone voucher to the guide
  • Please be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes in advance of your cruise
